Let Us Introduce You to Bayer Strategic Consulting
This a one-man agency is located in Washington D.C. that provides support for advocacy, business development, and strategic communications. His team may be small, but don’t let their size fool you. Founder, Mark Bayer brings the skill, experience, and personality of an agency twice their size.
Mark is a driven and creative guy with a knack for navigating the U.S. Congress. He’s been in Washington for nearly 20 years, and has a long history of working in government, corporate, and non-profit sectors.
An Unrivaled Passion
“I find life most meaningful and exciting when I’m transforming the status quo.”
Mark says that making a difference is in his DNA. As a child, Mark was taught that he didn’t have to accept an unfair situation or an unfavorable result…he could do something about it. Mark carried this view with him into adulthood and into his career. “Working in the House and Senate, I practiced and put to use tools and techniques for making positive change. When I worked as a management consultant, I loved the challenge of fixing a broken organization.”
360 Degree Experience
Throughout his career, he has worked on Capitol Hill at the highest staff levels in both the House and the Senate. Then went on to advise two senior executives in D.C. as a management consultant. While working full-time, Mark even found time to co-found a non-profit organization that provides tutoring and mentoring to disadvantaged students in the local public school system.
It’s pretty rare (but valuable!) for a government relations professional to have such broad suite of skills

Mark came to us because he understood that his audience was on social and he needed a way to communicate. He agreed with our social-first approach, so we set out to design a strategy for him with a competitive edge amongst his “out-of-work” colleagues in Washington.
Needless to say, we’re pretty excited to have the opportunity to work with Mark and can’t wait to see what we’re able to do together. Stay tuned.
