The internet has and continues to disrupt virtually every business we know of. From big brands to little ones, from regulated industries to bold risk takers, the Internet continues to evolve and change the way we behave, interact, and do business. Make no mistake, this train will not stop.
The business of today may do quite well doing what it has done in the past. It may even thrive for some time. But customers will get younger, the workforce will get younger. This generation will be more open, connected and tech-savvy. They will find information on their own or through their networks.
You may believe that you cannot afford the cost it takes to understand how social media has, is and will continue to impact your business; but on the other hand, can you afford not to?
