I’m the Founder & Chief Strategist of True Voice Media. I’m also an avid blogger, podcaster, video producer, and keynote speaker. I’ve been fascinated by the intersection of social technologies and business since 2007 while I was getting my MBA and saw, what I believed to be, the genesis of a revolutionary set of technologies.
How True Voice Media Started…
I got my undergraduate degree at Temple University.
After getting my MBA from Drexel University in 2008, I began working as an Interactive Marketing Specialist at a Management Consulting firm where some of my big wins were designing a social knowledge base in Sharepoint, creating a unified social media strategy, and launching the company’s first SEO initiative.
After that I went to a PR firm as the Director of Social Media, 11 months later I left to start True Voice Media in March of 2011.
The Social Business Imperative
I started True Voice Media to help companies adapt and prosper by understanding the massive shifts being caused by Social Media.
I love what we do for our clients. I see my role as being something much larger than sending out invoices and collecting payments from our clients.
This isn’t just about making our clients a better looking Facebook page. I believe that there is something bigger going on here.
Social technologies have fundamentally disrupted our world in a variety of ways. Businesses that want to survive the next decade must acknowledge, appreciate and adapt to this new world in which relationships take precedence over everything, because relationships are the currency of this new economy.
As someone that studies the technological, behavioral and societal changes that are taking place, it is my responsibility to help companies adapt.
It is my responsibility to businesses, and their customers, to make business social.
